Sheehan versus Pelosi.

Big bro 43 hates Pelosi. That should mean that she is irritating the easily distracted, spoiled, brat-good for her, but Herr Karl's always attack now style
of politics requires an opponent.

They attack the most powerful. Remember how they attacked former Senate Democratic leader Tom Daschle?

They forced Daschle out because they have no ethical compunctions and the 4th estate plays along because they want fact time with big bro 43 and to have the  honor of his presence you have to cooperate. Remember during the 2004 campaign W was always bypassing the national press for the less experienced, obsequious local media. The big shots in the US MSM can't stand that prospect again so they will spread all of the propaganda so they can have their nose up his butt as far as is humanly possible.

The article "GOP slams Pelosi in new ad campaign" at
http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0507/4162.html
states "House Republicans have a fairly simple plan to reclaim the majority:
Blame Nancy. The National Republican Congressional Committee launches its first national advertising blitz Thursday with a drive to tie freshmen Democrats to  House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

The GOP's cash-strapped campaign arm will launch a mix of radio ads and automated phone calls targeting 18 freshman Democrats for allegedly marching in  lockstep with the speaker, a California Democrat who is regularly depicted by Republicans as an out-of-touch liberal."

That's odd. Cindy Sheehan is saying that Pelosi isn't progressive enough. Sounds like the knee jerk reaction Rove had with Kerry the "Massachusetts liberal" –  just like Dukasis, who later the 4th estate crucified over whether he deserved all 3 of his medals of honor for his Vietnam war service. How many did W have?

Oh-that's right-he bailed on that and couldn't even get himself to go to his reserve duties.

Luckily, Daschle learned from his ordeal and the article "Democratic group targets Senate GOP -- Daschle aiding project to gather, spread criticism" at
click here states "Hoping to strike back at Republicans who mounted a yearslong effort to oust him from office, former Senate Democratic leader Tom Daschle is helping raise millions of dollars to form a new political advocacy group aimed at creating a clearinghouse of opposition-research information against all Senate Republicans....

The Democrats' project is being considered a new benchmark in the trend toward ''permanent campaigns," which specialists said is transforming the political  culture. Pressuring senators as many as five years before they're up for reelection increases the need for money to fight back; that requires big campaign donors and constant fund-raising even as Congress wrestles with ways to reduce the influence of money in politics, said Julian Zelizer, a congressional historian at Boston University."

Let's be calm about this. Pelosi is more dovish regarding Iraq than any of the leading Democrat presidential contenders. Cindy Sheehan is challenging her and she wants them out now!

Who wouldn't agree with Sheehan? Who would want to tell the parents of the last mortally wounded soldier there that the youth died because we are stuck in what?

Is it a quagmire or a bonanza for GOP insiders? It is no secret that we are reducing our troops there. We are requiring the Iraqis to provide their own security. Big bro 43 always bellows "as they stand up we'll stand down"!

Fine, but we are bailing out of there. Why not make 1000% sure we don't lose another of our youth there?

Sheehan's son lost his life for a war in which all of the rationales for it were later proven to be false lies. We feel for her loss, but she isn't a one trick pony-only concerned with Iraq. Even if Sheehan was, what policy is more important than getting us out of the quagmire? That alone would reduce the numbers of extremist jihadists youth lining up for the shot of strapping IEDs around their chests and blowing up US infidels.
