"Thank You Chevron, May I Have Another?"

The US government came out of the bedroom that Chevron rented upstairs with a cut on its forehead and something dripping down its leg. Chevron did something nefarious with the government.

The Inferior Department, whose pimp is George Bush, decided yesterday to let Chevron keep tens of millions of dollars that could go toward balancing the budget. Why? Something we didn't see must have happened in that bedroom.

Why are the American people letting Bush pimp out our government in this disgraceful, reprehensible way? I don't know one American out there who is going to be happy when he or she finds out that the same slim balls bilking us at the pump are now raising our burden in the federal deficit, extending the duration of our slavery to Asia, and jetting off in their private jets to leave us to clean up the mess.

If the democrats were in control of this government, Americans could trust that Chevron would find itself looking down the barrel of a shotgun right now. "Put down that money, you f-in sleaze and back the f- up," but Bush is content to let Chevron have its way with our government.

It's not just that our government that is getting ravaged, it's that the people's land was drilled and yet we will not profit from oil that was stolen with the consent of Bush and then re-sold to us for jacked-up prices. Those billionaires could show a little gratitude and abide by the law.

We are subjects of the national debt. Our obligations have indentured our futures to savages like the leaders in China. Common sense and American know-how would lead plain-dealing Americans to conclude that Chevron cannot evade the law. They drilled oil that belonged to us, and that oil spelled relief from the deficit.

Why let private companies extract our resources if they simply rip off Americans at the pump and walk out when we give them the check? Why do we continue to elect the corrupt cop force of Republicans who consistently look the other way when Chevron drags our mother country into the bedroom?

I've called it from the beginning: these Republicans work only for Big Oil, Big Pharma and Big Contracting. I'm just asking you, Red America, to use the self-preserving rationality that God endowed you with to look at the facts. Don't jump to protect Bill O'Reilly, George Bush, or any of these neo-cons. What's good for them is certainly not directly connected to what's good for you. Can't you understand how that might happen? You're sleeping with the wolves, and it's only luck that you haven't been swallowed yet.

Here are the facts: Under George Bush, oil companies have seen record profits. Under George Bush, oil companies are getting federal land, our land, to drill oil for free. Under George Bush, lunch is on us and Big Oil gets to walk out without paying the check. Under George Bush, the government wants to give these record-profit companies government assistance to build new refineries. Under George Bush, these limousine billionaires pay millions of dollars less in taxes than they used to. How big was your tax cut? Two hundred, three hundred dollars?

Just look at the facts Red America. You don't have to defend George Bush. You don't have to defend Bill O'Reilly. Trust me, they don't need your help. They sanitize their hands after they shake yours. You can defend these guys if you want to, but all I'm asking is that you look at the facts. The facts are plain and simple. For six years Chevron and the rest of the Big Oil barons have had their way with our inheritance, and our motherland.

Vote yourself out of your future or vote for the democrats. If you come to another conclusion after looking at the FACTS, not listening to republican company spokespeople, let me know. By the way, I'm not paid anything for writing this. O'Reilly gets millions. Who are you going to trust? O'Reilly would call the sky green if there were a big enough pay check.
