While the MSM Slept: A What if to Ponder

What if while the Mainstream Media is asleep at the wheel, a big and growing community of bloggers, activists and concerned citizens were in its path and had as their distinctive name Kucinich? While this awfully large and well-financed media boat came ambling down the waterways thinking proudly of itself as unsinkable, it sinks due to the collision with a much larger and well organized group of people who should be, according to the MSM, onboard with it but in fact are in direct contradiction to the goals and destinations of that huge and proud ship of state.

I have this amazing sense of how it can all happen and it doesn’t really take much money, it can all be internet generated and virally transmitted. As the dour old MSM keeps at its stately pace it will crash into our large mountain of resisters of the status quo and believers in the constitution and a true democracy and a fair wage, free education, free health care, free and fair elections, a movement of peaceful people rather than those who need to dominate and combat all dissent. What if, my dream continues, this powerful mountain of people actually recognized their collective strength and set aside all kinds of other concerns for the moment?

The concerns I am suggesting that be set aside are the following: Parroting what the MSM tells you to think and or say; Letting someone else tell you who and who is not electable. Instead, let’s plan to spend time with friends and family urging them to do as you are doing--opening your mind to the fact that you can change the way things are done and that if we do this together we can actually sink the MSM and make her old ways not only old but gone, sunk to the depths of the past, where they belong.

This truly is a new age we live in where it is becoming harder and harder to hide the truth. Whether your interests are in the ways the administration has been paying off its sizeable group of friends with our money or whether you believe that the events of September 11, 2001 were part of a conspiracy or whether you want to see the local ordinances in your town reflect more of the concerns of you and your neighbors regarding noise and pollution, there is a way to get both the information you need as well as the support you require so you can lead the way to voting for change.

The MSM would like to have you ignore these new possibilities. They would like to tell you how to think, what to say and what to buy. Ultimately, the only way they can make that happen is if they tell you who to vote for and that is why they say over and over that Dennis Kucinich cannot be elected.

And you can say, yes he can be. He will be. He is going to be the 44th President of the United States. This is something that can actually happen. We can then all dance in the streets on the night of his inauguration and rejoice that we have spoken and held together and sunk the old MSM.
