I'm not sure if OpEdNews owner Rob Kall has posted on this topic before, but I just want to put in a pitch for Digging, Reddit-ing, and otherwise social bookmarking posts that you like.
When I read another incredible post by Dave Lindorff, David Swanson, Rob Kall, or one of the other amazing OpEdNews writers and see no Diggs and no votes on Reddit, I get frustrated.
Why?
Because their articles deserve to be read by a lot of people! And with enough votes on Digg or Reddit*, they will get read by a lot of people.
In addition, voting up OpEdNews stories on Digg and Reddit will drive more readers to OpEdNews.
* If you don't know what Digg and Reddit are: they are incredibly popular news sites which prominently display those news or oped pieces that get the most votes by their readers. Sign up at Digg and Reddit (its easy), and then start voting for your favorite stories!
P.S. This is not instead of donating to OpEdNews. Please consider donating as well to keep this excellent site alive!
