Are You a Free American Sovereign, or a Blind American Slave?
True freedom is a cherished ideal that many in our world know little about. To taste of it is to experience an element of God Himself. People across the world long to have freedom but are suppressed under corrupt government leaders and fellow citizens. American Founding Fathers took steps to bring freedom to a new nation... but this freedom has been turned into a slavery. There are none so enslaved than those who think they are free. Americans are frittering away true freedom, our heritage, our wealth, our sovereignty, all for the illusion of freedom most have.
Americans view the 50 states as a "single country," or "one nation." That is what we’ve been taught to believe and accept, but this is NOT what our Founding Fathers desired or intended in creating a united group of sovereign States. In actual fact, each State of the "union of States" is a sovereign "nation" of its own, or was meant to be until the federal government (United States) usurped authority of the States, and the States acquiesced this power, illegally, to the federal government. It is a very convoluted piece of deception that has occurred, which actually is another step toward one world government, and here’s a brief touch on how it works. Be ready to be amazed and shocked. You may have to read this several times to get the big picture.
Contrary to popular belief, the so called "civil war" was NOT about slavery, for the most part. It was about forcing the south BACK into the fold of the "union" from which they decided to secede. The south walked out of Congress, taking with them the necessary votes to make any laws and actions taken BY congress, legal and Constitutional. The union was threatened. In order for the union to survive, (for the federal government to continue OVER the union... Imagine eventually 50 truly FREE States/Nations and the wall it would present to one world government proponents?), they HAD to get them back, and so they did, using slavery as the pretext for a horrible war to force them back. A far larger agenda was in the works which stretches across the decades.
"If the North triumphs it is not alone the destruction of our property; it is the prelude to anarchy, infidelity, the ultimate loss of free and responsible government on this continent. It is the triumph of commerce, the banks, factories. We should meet the federal invader on the outer verge of just and right defense and raise at once the black flag. No quarter to the violators of our homes and firesides." Thomas Jonathan (Stonewall) Jackson, May 1861.
Prophetic words, to say the least. Who runs this country today? Government, commerce, big business, banks... What better way to stir people into a war, (even against their own brothers), than under false, seemingly "just and right" pretenses? Sound familiar recently with Iraq? History has been rewritten to confuse the plot and to obfuscate the real facts behind this split in the union. In the years since, steps were taken to slowly remove personal sovereignty from a united group of sovereign States and individuals, and place it under the federal government... The United States. This means where a person was NOT subject to the federal government or to the State, except in very limited ways, under subterfuge by federal and State government, and personal acquiescence on the Peoples part, we submitted to federal and State authority, thereby becoming slaves all over again, but unknowingly.
The union began as a group called "the several States." These were the original States which began in the early years of our country. All of the States were to have their own sovereignty... their own Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of government, their own Constitution, laws, etc., apart from the federal government, which was simply an entity created by the People of each of the States to defend, protect and care for the general welfare of all States and People. It was never intended to be a "country" or "nation," or the Frankenstein jurisdictional monster it has become. That is why it was originally called the "united" States, with a small "u" and emphasis on "States." The federal government wasn’t the focus.
The United States, "capital "U," is the federal government ONLY, and consists of the District of Columbia and the following areas: Midway Islands, 1867, Puerto Rico,1898, American Samoa, 1899, Virgin Islands, 1927, Federated States of Micronesia, 1947, Marshall Islands, 1947, Northern Mariana, 1947, Palua,1947, and Guam, 1950. These areas are what are legally classified as being "The United States" and over which the "United States government" has the ONLY legal and constitutional jurisdiction, for the most part.
The areas which eventually became the 50 united States, began as "territories" of the Federal United States, but as the States formed, the federal government, by law, lost most all jurisdiction over those states and each State became a sovereign nation and People. Here’s where the deception and "jurisdictional coop d’etat" took place by our government.
Prior to the event which will be described below, "citizenship" involved ONLY the State you were born in. You could not be a citizen of two States at the same time. It was single citizenship. Born in Iowa, you were a citizen of Iowa. Move to Colorado, you became a citizen of Colorado. Simple. Enter the 14th Amendment. When the African-born slaves were freed, there was a problem in that they had no State citizenship. They were born in Africa, or born of non-citizens in the States, and therefore despite being born IN the State, they still were NOT legal citizens. The 14th Amendment was passed to (among other things) provide citizenship for these slaves... but it was a citizenship of the United States... the federal government and ITS jurisdiction, along with the specific STATE in which the previous slave lived.
By creating the 14th Amendment, all non-citizens were given citizenship of the "United States," and thereby brought under the jurisdiction of the federal government’s laws and requirements, like paying income taxes, which are required by any under the jurisdiction of the United States, such as the territories mentioned above. Federal government employees, and citizens of the territories ARE liable for income taxes, while most other Americans are NOT. This is because working for the federal government or living in a territory is classified as a "privilege," like having a corporation, and paying taxes for this privilege is required BY the federal government. They make the rules over their people, which does NOT have to be constitutional.
However, what was NOT realized, was that every natural American-born citizen, of whatever State, was forced into receiving ANOTHER citizenship... that of the United States. Dual citizenship was now created, and this instantly brought a sovereign citizen, formerly free of federal jurisdictional requirements and powers, UNDER such powers if they did not refute this. Sovereignty was stolen and most Americans still don’t realize it and haven’t done anything to regain their sovereignty.
Notice this case law prior to the 14th Amendment passage - (Emphasis mine);
"... for it is certain, that in the sense in which the word "Citizen" is used in the federal Constitution , "Citizen of each State," and "Citizen of the United States," are convertible terms; they mean the same thing; for the "Citizens of each State are entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States," and "Citizens of the United States" are, of course, Citizens of all the United States."
