SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE! SHAKE YER WEST WING!

By       (Page 1 of 5 pages)   No comments
Well, Chinese President Hu Jintao finally made it to the White House today, Thursday, April 20, apparently not of the utmost priority on his North American tour (just like White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen, both of whom I applaud for the comeuppance shown toward King George XLIII).

To honor President Hu's visit, King George showed him how our 1st Amendment works by having a vocal Chinese protester instantly renditioned away (could there be a one-way trip to Gitmo in her future?).

CNN also welcomed President Hu by running a report that could have aired at any time, entitled "China: Friend or Foe?"

At that point I really needed to turn off the viewscreen, before my growing confusion resulted in injurious cerebral circuitry overload.

See, I'm having trouble enough of my own sorting through a personally distressful enigma, "White House: Friend or Foe?"

It seems to me CNN would better serve its American and Worldwide audiences, not to mention those beings who pick it up along the Galaxy Drift, by focusing on the latter perplexity before stultifying our cogitative synapses with the former.

After all, the more immediate danger does come from within our borders.

One thing's an absolute certainty -- it has become more difficult than herding cats trying to determine who's actually in charge at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Even if King George does tell us, "I'm the decider, and I decide what's best."

Come on, what kind of reassurance is that? His "decisions" have never been what thinking folks would call anywhere near the ballpark where the Enlightened Nine play.

And how many of us really buy what's been sold as "Dubya's decisions" these past five years or so as the inner workings of his own brain?

We know that the latest plan for The New World Order, a total world domination scenario, was plotted by Dick Cheney, Don Rumsfeld and Paul Wolfowitz, et al, decades ago. The good part was that more humanistic and illuminated leaders, such as Gerald Ford, Saint Ronnie Reagan, even George H.W. Bush, saw the madness for what it was.

Where it all went wrong was these three rabid paper warriors were allowed to run free, eventually conjoining with the non-Earth-dwelling Condoleezza Rice, as well as sundry other minions raised from the depths of pure selfish greed, and an inevitable assimilation with the real brain in control of George W. Bush, Herr Ubermeister Karl Rove.

So just what in the hell is going on in the West Wing?

It appears to be yet more prestidigitation, smoke and mirrors to keep the mainstream media chattering away and the public confused.

So those of us who don't commute more than 20 miles each way to work won't notice gas prices soaring past $3.00 a gallon and into the $4.00 stratosphere.
