"Judge Lost Pants" Should Be Yanked From Court By His Member and Lobotomized

John E. Carey

A judge apparently lost his pants at an immigrant Korean family dry cleaning business in Washington DC. Then he sued for more than $50 Million. Then he cried in court on the witness stand.

He has a name too.  He is Roy Pearson and he comes from an ethnic minority all his own: first class jerk.

We’d like to see him jerked from this case, jerked from the bench and jerked into mental treatment.

The person that filed this law suit has no “judgment.” Therefore, this guy should never judge another case.

Whomever this judge works for, and everyone has a boss, needs to get on the phone now and have this guy run though a team of psychiatrists and psychologists. He needs a mental evaluation and should never again be allowed to rule on points of law or give punishments or awards in any kind of case.

Frankly, if the proper team of psychiatrists and psychologists cannot be brought to this litigious jerk then it is O.K. with me if we give him a lobotomy and send his brain to the shrinks by the slowest possible means.

I’ll be honest: I like legal immigrants. I married one which is something in prior years I would never have ever considered. But when God tells you to do it and it is right for both of you, who should argue?

I have been taking my shirts and pants to immigrant Korean laundries in Washington DC just like “Judge Lost Pants.” And in like 20 years I can only recall one time that anything was “lost.”

I didn’t even ask for a reimbursement. Because life is too short and the Korean people in the various laundry and dry cleaning stores I’ve used are working their selves into an early grave. They hate making mistakes. And why do they work so hard? For their children. Many are as selfless as you can be. But they want their kids in college and after that they want them to be doctors and lawyers. Maybe even one or two will become judges.

I had a Korean girlfriend at one point who asked me to come meet her parents on a Saturday afternoon. I’m thinking lemonade and a hamburger grilled in the back yard.

Nope. Her parents were at work: in a laundry and dry cleaning store. They did the dry cleaning on the premises. The store was toxic with dry cleaning fumes. But that didn’t drive me away. What got to me was the heat. It must have been at least 140 degrees Fahrenheit in the store. I know because my car gets to 140 F on a hot day.

So there is something fundamentally wrong with “Judge Lost Pants.” He doesn’t understand America or the American dream. He is using the legal system he know so well to enrich himself. In the process it is O.K. with him if some immigrant Korean family is destroyed. And he has no regard for his fellow citizens who fund our judicial system and fork over the taxes that fund his paycheck.

I am appalled at “Judge Lost Pants” for his greed, his selfishness, his poor acting in court, his willingness to hurt immigrants, his readiness to abuse the legal system and use the very people that ordinarily pay his bills: the taxpayers.

“Judge Lost Pants” should be forced to turn over anything he ever made as a judge, he should be fined, and his case should be thrown out of court because it is without merit.

“Judge Lost Pants” is a fraud because he has no judgment. And he is a wicked fraud at that.
