Manipulation is such an obvious method for safeguarding vast sums of wealth; it would certainly be easy enough. Collusion makes sense as this offers the highest degree of manipulation. It also offers some degree of protection, as there is safety in numbers. The point is it’s absurd to think manipulation and collusion do not exist at large degrees. We have not had capitalism since the early days of the Rockefeller, Morgan, Schiff and the Warburg families, just to name a few. It was in those the days that the wealth shifted in this country. How can anyone seriously believe that competition and free market are still the hallmark of our economy? Capitalism was taken from us long ago.
Ask any sensible American what democracy means and they will tell you it's the right of the majority of the people to choose the representatives to government. We do not have democracy. Although it may seem we do. The majority doesn’t even follow politics, let alone seek out and support a candidate. They rely on the media to present options when it’s time to vote.
So it's really through the media that candidates are selected. The media first and foremost looks at a candidate’s war chest for “viability”. Whoever the money is thrown at will be a “viable candidate”. This is where the real choice is made. And who has most of the money? It’s not the majority of the people.
If you want social reform, you support and influence a group advocating social reform, likewise with centralized government, globalization or anything else. All of this easily obtainable through the manipulation and coercion of a multitude of councils, fraternities, clubs, associations, institutions, organizations, and most certainly individual politicians and government officials. The key to this being leadership. All you have to do is influence the leadership of these groups and you control large blocks of votes which are in turn used to change legislation. It’s much like playing chess with the various groups making up the pieces, all of them having unique movements and abilities. However, when only one opponent out of two knows he is playing, it’s easy to set up the board in your favor.
This is all just the obvious. Who knows the reality of just how deep the rabbit hole really goes? Who could handle that truth?
The scary thing is that this “game” is not over. Here we are in the midst of it with some form of fascism where the power is being funneled from the states to the federal level and then transferred to the executive branch, all in the name of protecting the Nation, destroying our Republic. We have got some weird cross breed between socialism and capitalism, social capitalism if you will. A system in which some of the market is open to individuals to certain extent, kept in check by regulations and legalities. Some of the market locked up in a quasi-government state in which only insiders are allowed. The rest of it being safeguarded through collusion and manipulation of the market and government policy. It’s a system in which the middle-class wealth is wasted on frivolous spending and redistributed to the lower-class.
A system in which the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Where are they taking us?
