Message To Republicans: Run Away From Bush, Or Else Lose Like Kilgore, 52-46%
Democrat Tim Kaine Wins Big In Virginia Election
It had to happen sooner or later, because truth eventually triumphs over lies and deception. The country is finally catching on to the disaster named George W. Bush.
Abraham Lincoln said, "If you once forfeit the confidence of your fellow citizens, you can never regain their respect and esteem. It is true that you may fool all of the people some of the time; you can even fool some of the people all the time; but you can't fool all of the people all the time." The voters of Virginia have apparently caught on, at least to some extent.
After supporting Bush in 2004 with 54% of the Presidential vote, they have now defeated his candidate for Governor of Virginia, giving him only 46% of the vote. - Source: Virginia State Board Of Elections - http://www.sbe.virginia.gov. This is a catastrophic loss of support, by any measure.
So here is the message to all wise Republicans seeking re-election in
2006: "Run away from Bush, or else lose like Kilgore."
But there may be more than merely losing some elections. Consider the
unthinkable: a Presidential impeachment, followed by a "white phosphorous"
War Crimes trial? Stay tuned. If the full truth is really as bad as some people think, maybe it could happen.
As Jesus said, "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." (John 8:32 KJV)
Blessings to you. May God help us all.
