As just another GOP presidential candidate W had to prove to his right-wing Evangelical base that he would be the right one to entrust with their holy job of re-modeling the Middle East to facilitate the "Rapture". Governors don't get to use the military to "Shock and Awe" foreign countries, but W exhibited his psychological pathology in his record setting number of executions. W's pattern of conscienceless extermination of others has continued until today!

Even before he was commander-in-chief of GWOT, an insane, in W's words, "Crusade" to determine who was "for or us and who were against us", he was merrily, busily executing Texans as "While you were Governor of Texas 130 people were executed.

You spared no one (except the Satanist and child molester Henry Lee Lukas who had murdered around 200 people). Some of those executed were mentally retarded, some had incompetent or corrupt state defence lawyers. W is desperately hoping that he can get more of our troops killed quicker. He was snide about Karla Faye Tucker. Well a few years ago, as our losses in lives and treasures were mounting, they had a White House party. To entertain the folks W looked for WMD, moving all around, looking at every nook and cranny and frequently saying "No, no WMD here"--in other words making a joke of killing members of the US military for a lie.

W is evil. No one is too stupid to not understand the surge option won't work. Frankly it doesn't matter if the "intellectually incurious" W fully understands that he'll be gaining nothing by pushing egomaniacally for this surge. W's only still foisting another phony "Mission Accomplished" on the US, hoping to gain GOP partisan gain. He has always said that he followed the wishes of the military, which everyone knew to be false from the beginning. The Joint Chiefs are against the surge option so W isn't following their documented, public desires. He knew going into "Operation Iraqi Freedom" that he was fighting desperate fiends in the Middle East--he said words to that effect many times, and that didn't slow him down-therefore W is culpable for each life lost and dollar wasted.

Besides, ignorance is no defense-and even "Bubble Boy" W, with all of his yes-men, isn't dumb enough to know that each additional US military life is on his blood-stained hands.
