I am an attorney in North Carolina.

I have a second wife and a one year old daughter. I have a grown son and daughter. I now also have 3 teenage step sons.

My interests are the Constitution, true History, Law, golf, working out, and thinking outside the box.

I have been aware of the pervasive influence of what Eisenhower termed the military industrial complex since I started to look into the truth about how John F. Kennedy was assassinated. (There are other names for this group such as the Deep Government) It is obvious to me that what we have is not truly a democracy or a republic, it is more like a plutocracy.

When I was doing an appeal a few years ago that dealt with the right to bear arms I came across a North Carolina Supreme Court Case from 1921 that discussed the history of the need for the right to bear arms in the U.S. including frontiersman fighting the Native Americans and individuals in the state of North Carolina defending themselves against a vigilante group in the 1870's. The NC supreme Court then discussed the rationale that the right to bear arms was also the right to defend oneself from what the Court called "Plutocratic Corporations". Apparently the NC Supreme Court could already see what was either already a reality or something that was on the horizon.

As an attorney I handle a number of different areas of caselaw including Criminal, Juvenile, Appeals, and Civil. In the Civil area I have a partner and we are going after people who screw over others.

My favorite quotes are: "That which does not destroy you only makes you stronger." and
"It is always darkest before the dawn."

I believe the dawn is on the horizon.
