American's consume 15.3% of Gross Domestic Product on health care versus 11.6% for Switzerland, a highly capitalist nation. Has American's 1994 resistance to change squandering the opportunity for affordable health car seized by most other capitalistic democracies? “No one has to change. Survival is optional.”
