I am a seventy-one year old retired, divorced, white female and have always been a progressive Democrat. My BA Degree is in Sociology with minors in Journalism and Psychology. My MA Degree is in Counseling Education. Most of my jobs were in mental health, vocational rehabilitation and disability adjudication. I worked my way through college as a waitress, a dishwasher, laborer on constuction etc.
I've written hundreds of poems, believe in the resilency of the human spirit, am a relativest and an existentialist. My favorite quotation is from Kahil Gibran's "The Prophet", "and ever has it been that love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation."
