During my years at UBS and consulting in the financial services industry it became apparent that Financial Advisors (FAs) productivity could be significantly improved by the application of organization, structure, and process optimization especially in marketing, sales, and services. It's still an 80/20 world. Most of what FAs do can be done with structured approaches (the 80%) and applying the 20% of special services to the 80% of their clients who are the most profitable. I help you do that. I am a coach and consultant to FAs, planners and managers. I have decades of financial services industry experiences including over 7 years in PaineWebber's Private Client Group where I focused my expertise on productivity solutions for FAs. I was recruited by PaineWebber to build their online presence after a successful 30-year career at IBM that included positions in sales, marketing, management, and business process reengineering consulting serving the Financial Services Industry. I have been coaching FAs since 2001. I am a proven team leader with highly developed analytical, organizational, communications and strategy skills. As a coach, strategist and planner I have extensive experience in financial services. Among my experiences, I am a creative business and process analyst and reengineering consultant bringing common sense, organizational skills, logical decision-making, and methodology experience for problem solving. As a productivity specialist I bring extensive knowledge of business and sales processes and the application of productivity enhancement processes and technologies to my clients. In addition to coaching I facilitate meetings, train FAs and managers, perform strategy and planning exercises, Financial Advisory Process Improvement, marketing and sales effectiveness, client loyalty, and improved time management consulting. I have an MBA in Management from NYU and a BS in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University. I also have a world of personal experience.
