Courts rule that the VA is failing in its treatment of PTSD In a major ruling yesterday PBS NewsHour reported - "a federal appeals court in San Francisco issued a sharp rebuke to the U.S. Veterans Affairs Department today. The court accused the VA of unchecked incompetence in handling post-traumatic stress disorder and other conditions. It ordered the VA to work out a new mental health care plan with two veterans groups that brought suit. The ruling was unanimous."

OPERATION: Emotional Freedom provides The Answer - but who's listening? The Army routinely misdiagnosed soldiers with PTSD as having personality disorders. Deemed a pre-existing condition, personality disorder does not fall under the military's list of conditions for which it is accountable for providing care. Relieved of its responsibly means that a veteran's health care and disability costs are not covered if they are diagnosed with personality disorder.EFT has proven effective.
