Cris Ericson has been on the
official election ballot in Vermont
every two years from
2002 through 2012
for Governor,
U.S. Congress
and U.S. Senate.

Cris Ericson will be on the 2014
ballot for U.S. Congress and also for Governor of Vermont.
2014 VOTE for CRIS ERICSON
for U.S. CONGRESS
for VERMONT and also Vote for Cris Ericson
for Governor of Vermont 2014.

1. When the United States Declaration of Independence
and
U.S. Constitution
were signed,
marijuana was legal.
Take our country back!

2. The North Springfield Recreation Area run
by the U.S. Army Corps. of Engineers, including
Stoughton Pond, must be declared an
American Bald Eagle
protection area:
No Hunting!

3. Do not allow the Vermont Public Service Board
to create and enforce any Rules or Regulations
because they are Un-elected officials and have
no legal right
under the
U.S. Constitution
to make any rules or regulations which act as
laws that people have to answer to in any Court.

4. The Vermont Single Payer Plan has to be repealed
because it is not a Universal health care plan,
it gives the rich Vermonters "Platinum" care and it gives the
poor Vermonters "Adequate" care,
while pooling
federal medicaid dollars
meant for the poor,
which end up paying for better health care for the rich.
This is Federal grand theft.

5. Vermont is violating the State Constitution
by sending prisoners out of state and tearing
families apart.
The Governor can grant marijuana
offenders pardons to reduce the prison population.
Sending prisoners across State lines in violation
of the State of Vermont Constitution is a
Federal Jurisdiciton Question
of abuse
of Taxpayer dollars.

6. The Vermont Board of Medical Practice is violating the
Federal Americans with Disabilities Act
and abusing
disabled persons
by creating rules that all disabled
persons in pain who are prescribed pain killers must
be drug tested for illegal drugs,
which is a fraudulent
and discriminatory criminal accusation
so demeaning and abusive,
and in violation of the
United States Constitutional
guarantee against
warrantless searches,
that it violates the
Federal ADA.

7. We have to out-law shooting disabled persons with
taser stun guns, submitting them to electric shock treatments,
and stop shackling, handcuffing and
chaining disabled persons when transporting
them to hospitals.

8. Grade schools must be mandated to spend more time on
math and alphabet repetition drills because the scientific
fact is that repetition causes learning. Teachers and
students should do physical exercises while repeating
the alphabet, basic spelling and math drills that future
learning depends upon. There is no excuse to not
mandate the basics in grade school.

9. We have to Outlaw motoboats on Lake Champlain because
one-third of Vermonters draw their drinking water
from the lake, and motorboats increase lead
poisoning and bring invasive species on their
boat bottoms.

10. We have to Stop dumping treated sewage into Lake Champlain
and re-route it to industrial uses such as making electricity.
One-third of Vermonters draw their drinking water from
Lake Champlain so it should be designated as a
Water Reservoir.

11. U.S. Supreme Court, Citizens' United decision says
Corporations are People, therefore, every person should
have the same tax loopholes as every corporation in Vermont.
Corporations, businesses, non-profits and private
schools should not be eligible for any benefits other than
what individual low income people receive: food stamps,
fuel assistance, property tax adjustment, health care.
Unemployment benefits should never exceed what a person
receives on disability benefits. Bankruptcy laws should be
the same for Corporations as for People.

12. Give food stamp recipients chickens, milking goats,
fencing, grain, sheds, and send a State Veterinarian once
a year to visit them. Federally subsidized housing
should provide yard space for chickens and milking goats,
and schools should change lawn grass to agricultural
use, fruit trees for juice, and organic vegetable gardening.

13. Remove all soda vending machines from schools.

14. People living within 25 miles of any proposed alternative
energy projects should be allowed to vote to veto them.

Reasons to Make Marijuana Legal

1. State marijuana laws
fraudulently double bill taxpayers,
because there are more than enough
federal marijuana laws.

2. Marijuana is fun for adults to use in the privacy
of their homes, away from children.

3. If your spouse is over-using marijuana, when
it becomes legal, you'll be able to ask them to go
to a drug dependency counselor without the
risk of them getting any criminal record because
of your honesty.

4. Legalizing and taxing marijuana will create a
huge tax revenue and reduce our federal deficit.

5. Handcuffing, tasering, shackling and jailing a person
for marijuana causes far more harm than the
marijuana.

6. Smoking marijuana has fewer dangerous
side effects than alcoholic beverages.

7. The war on marijuana has failed to stop people
from using marijuana, so why bother to continue
fighting a war you can't win, its like Vietnam,
a waste of resources.

8. 25 million people in the United States
smoke marijuana annually. Marijuana is now the
largest cash crop in the USA.

9. The National Budget
does not receive one penny of tax revenue from
drug dealers for their sales of marijuana.

10. Marijuana is grown all over planet earth,
a weed, and it has industrial uses as medicine,
hemp rope, oil, fiber.

11. Drug Enforcement Agency keeps buying more helicopters to
eradicate marijuana, but it is a weed and keeps on growing.
Eradication is a ludicrous fantasy.

12. America's Chain gangs of mothers and fathers in jail
for marijuana tears families apart and hurts innocent children.

13. Blacks account for 26% of marijuana arrests in the
United States even though they are only 13% of the
population of the USA.

14. Teenagers are selling marijuana for money, cash
profits they can hide from their parents.
More teens will be willing to wait if they know they
can try marijuana legally when they are 21, like alcohol.

15. Making marijuana legal in the United States will reduce
the flow of drug money from the American economy
to the international criminal gangs who use the
drug money to buy guns and weapons.

16. Modern science does not support the reefer madness
claims of government. Since cannabinoid receptor systems
were discovered in the 1980's, the hysterical
claims of government have been disproven, and it is time
to update laws to match science.

17. Marijuana is not a lethal drug and it is safer than
alcoholic beverages. It is unfair, unjust and downright
un-American to treat marijuana users more harshly
than users of alcoholic beverages.

18. When the United States Declaration of Independence
was signed, marijuana was legal.
When the United States Constitution was signed,
marijuana was legal. Take back America!

19. Keeping current marijuana laws is too expensive
for our justice system. Taxing the legal sale of marijuana
to adults would have improve our economy.

20. Annually, 750,000 individuals are arrested
for marijuana possession in
the United States. Each marijuana arrest costs the taxpayers
more money because of inflation.

21. F.B.I and Police officers should be investigating real crimes
of violence.

22. Smoking marijuana provides fast medical relief for
cramps and nausea from disabling diseases.

MAKE MARIJUANA AND HEMP LEGAL UNDER FEDERAL LAW.

Vermont Secretary of State just did something that may have a HUGE affect on the 2020 Presidential Election! Progressive Party candidate Cris Ericson does not like the fact that Vermont Secretary of State Jim Condos has had the Vermont ballots printed in Vermont but then shipped to Massachusetts, and then MA will send them to voters in Vermont. Sounds like a corrupt scheme to affect the outcome of the 2020 Election for President.
