I characterize myself as an 81-year-old unreconstructed Sixties radical utopian. I am the author of the self-published, "THE COMING GLOBAL COALESCENCE - How Powerful Evolutionary Forces Are Transforming Seven Billion Individual Humans Into a Single Harmonious Social Organism," which is available as a free pdf file on www.thecoalescence.net. My first published book was "PUBLIC WORKS - A Handbook for Self-Reliant Living" which made it briefly on the NY Times best-seller list in 1974. Have a good laugh and see what I looked like then by catching on YouTube my hilarious 8-minute appearance to promote the book on the Mike Douglas Show with the comedienne Totie Fields. The third iteration of the book, "The Big Book of Self-Reliant Living," is now available on Amazon. I also wrote "How To Be Your Own Boss" and co-wrote "Without a Lawyer" as well as a 12-part series on "Pursuing the Unexplained" that was distributed worldwide by the NY Times Syndicated Features. I was born in Millville, NJ, and reared as a Jehovah's witnesses and thrown out of school for 2 years for refusing to salute the flag and returned to school after the Supreme Court reversed itself, declaring that my explusion was unconstitutional. After graduating high school I moved to Brooklyn, NY, to live for 7 years at the world headquarters of Jehovah's Witnesses, when I lost my faith in the religion, in the leaders, and finally in God. Most of my professional career was in the travel industry developing special-interest group tours around the world. I have visited 50 countries. I also spent several years as President of the Association for World Free Trade Zones, during when I led a campaign to persuade the Japanese Government to authorize the creation of 31 Foreign Access Zones around Japan as a way to facilitate foreign imports and address what at the time was a troubling trade imbalance. I also organized a reverse trade mission for Mauritian officials who visited Boston and New York to promote their products. For 20 years I was research assistant to economist Walter H. Diamond when I helped edit several subscription services such as "Tax Free Trade Zones of the World," "Capital Formation and Investment Incentives Around the World," "Tax Havens of the World," and "Foreign Tax and Trade Briefs." My focus now is on the R. Buckminster Fuller-inspired Whole Earth Design Project in a search for a way to provide every individual on the planet with all of life's essentials.

The Beatles and the Whole Earth Design Project What's missing from the revolution? A plan. Here's a plan worth your serious consideration. The author insists it's the only plan out there equal to the size of the problem. You be the judge.
