Christina Lavers grew up in Montreal Quebec. She recieved a B.A. in sociology and women's studies from McGill University in 1993. In 2005 she completed a diploma of Visual Arts.

Christina subsequently produced art, taught art classes and worked in for many years in art-based community development.

Christina has always been passionate about exploring social problems, community, and spirituality. Her interests have led her to look both outward at the structures and forces that shape society, as well as within to uncover the secrets of her soul.

The more Christina explores her inner and outer worlds the more convinced she is that the answer to all our ills is LOVE.

Christina currently lives in the rainforest in Australia with her two loves, Tom and three year old Jasper.
