I am currently teaching English in Thailand. Prior to coming to Thailand, I spent a couple of years teaching in China. I have a varied background having been born in Zambia, am a British citizen and spend most of my life in Canada. I worked as a Social Worker in Canada for approx. 17 years before becoming an English Teacher. I am a writer as well having achieved a diploma in creative writing as well as a diploma in advanced novel writing. I am presently putting together a collection of short stories in addition to working on a novel.I wrote for a monthly magazine while living in China so I have accumulated a vast wealth of experience. I look forward to my involvement with OpEdNews.
