The Future of Food Has Arrived I think it is wonderful that Bill Gates has finally realized that meat-eating will not be sustainable in the long run. In his own words - "The meat market is ripe for reinvention." He now sees the need to turn to plant-based alternatives for meat and eggs. I am impressed by his courage to speak out in this regard.
