The Plan to Introduce LDTs into the Healthcare System and Require Doctors to Drug-Test all Patients Chain-of-custody and MRO review are critical components of drug testing. The ASAM White Paper describes "smarter" use of testing "within the practice of medicine" and "American society" by requiring doctors collect specimens on their patients. These mandated tests include a rotating panel of blood, saliva, hair, nails, sweat and breath, and are largely non-FDA approved.

Robin Williams Melancholy Suicide--Hopelessness, helplessness, and Defeat According to Radar Online Robin Williams is looking "grim and focused." Grim? Yes. Focused? No. His visage is one of entrapment, despair, and dread. In F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby, Nick Carraway observes that "the loneliest moment in someone's life is when they are watching their whole world fall apart, and all they can do is stare blankly" This is not focus but melancholia--hopelessness, helplessness, and defeat.
