I am an Anarchist because I believe power always corrupts, and all governments, which are in origin institutionalized protection rackets, concentrate power. It does not matter what form of government we have. Any institution which concentrates power will lead to corruption and abuse of that power. Consensual institutions, called syndicates in classical syndicalist anarchy, are the only safe institutions. Examples include cooperatives and (voluntary) collectives. Many such institutions aready exist.
I am an ecologist both ethically (other beings have the same right to exist as humans do) and practically. Our very survival depends on the natural world and a healthy ecology -- our air, our water, our food, our houses and clothing, and almost everything else, material and spiritual, which we need to live.
I am a Mystic as a Physicist and ecologist. God is One is All. The unity and interconnectedness of the Universe, an idea once associated with God via religion, is now seen in Physics and ecology also.
