Ny AG Schneiderman Finds Support Fighting Next "Bank Bailout" Eric Schneiderman not only has a duty to enforce the law, he wants to know how recent mortgage fraud caused the collapse of America's economy. Those who are in no rush to find out include Obama, his cabinet, the top banks and especially the folks who broke laws to create impossibly labyrinthian mortgage securities, imbedded with toxic balloon loans.

This audio shows however that Hannity did divulge on his radio show today that George Zimmerman told him that the screams heard on the 911 tape were not Trayvon's but his own.

Fraud! Breitbart Admits Editing "Truth" From Hoax Petition Video [Updated] Partisan operative Andrew Breitbart promotes a video showing college students joining a fake "ban" on Conservative talk hosts like Limbaugh and Hannity as they are asked to support free speech. But the filmmakers didn't understand they were confusing the petition signers and then admit to editing out students who refused to sign.

Supreme Corruption: Mega-Expansion of Citizens United We know the Montana challenge to Citizens United was struck down, but most don't know how this broadened the ruling to unleash corporate cash into state and local races. NY Attorney General Eric Schneiderman assembled a posse of AGs to prove the original ruling was baseless, but the Court refused to budge. The battle against a corrupt Supreme Court and profit-hungry media continues as 2012 elections approach.

Slutgate II: Limbaugh Calls Educated Moms "Lushes" Who "End Up at the Motel" Remember when Rush Limbaugh called women "sluts" and prostitutes? He's back, writing online about the tendency of women who have too much schooling to get bored by raising families, turn to wine and become neighborhood harlots, bedding down men who frequent bars.

"Reptilian" Rumsfeld's Biggest Media Crime Does Rumsfeld owe the USA an apology for a monumentally consequential lie? Should he be charged for misinforming the US public and our military about falsified WMD confirmations? He offered no culpability during his whirlwird book tour.

Learning the Hard Way: The False Promises of Standardized Tests With parents choosing to opt their kids out of state testing in increasing numbers, we look at the question of whether it's been hurting or helping schools. The data is in and since implementation, performance across the country has flat lined, while billions have been sucked out of school budgets to enrich a handful of large, privatized testing firms while killing the love of learning for a generation of American students.

Hannipocrisy: ACORN 'Pimp' Slams AP, WaPo For "Journalistic Malpractice" ACORN 'pimp' James O'Keefe claims he was simply conducting an investigation when he was arrested for conspiracy to interfere with a US Senator's phones. In a stark example of "Faking News and Simulating Talk", Sean Hannity broke his long silence, asking viewers not to rush to judgments or jump to conclusions after his history of doing exactly that every day for four hours for more than a decade.

60 Minutes Goes "Imbedded" in Afghanistan Did you see 60 Minutes recent segment "imbedded" with the 101st Airborne in a desolate mountain outpost in Afghanistan? They spotlighted heroic American soldiers, fighting under difficult condidtions - but in the end, the piece seemed suspiciously like a prime-time infomercial for more war and bigger war, more bombs, bullets and bases...

Hannipocrisy 2.0: Obama is Weak But Hannity Won't Face His Own Critics? While Sean Hannity denounces the President as weak on the world stage, Hannity himself cowers from accusations of his own deception, failing to adequately fulfill public trust while providing cover for alleged Bush-era crimes. His "accidental" crowd-scene editing, however, might qualify him for firing using the same arguments right wingers famously made during "Rathergate" in 2004.

Hannity and Limbaugh: The Worst of America? The broadcasts of Rush Limbaugh/Sean Hannity actually run counter to the core tenets of traditional Conservatism: fiscal responsibility, small, unintrusive government and high morals. They also meet the historic definition of propagandists, trashing American ethical tradition in advocating war, snooping, consumerism and media consolidation which has made these "entertainers" personally rich and dangerously powerful.

Why Obama is Actually More Conservative Than McCain If Conservatism means fiscal responsibility, small government and strict ethics, Obama not only tops McCain, but George Bush, Dick Cheney, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and even Ronald Reagan. The key is the difference between traditional Conservatism and neoconservatism, which preaches military aggression, reckless spending and immoral slime-tactic politicking.

Caught: Hannity's Sleight of Hand on Bush Tax Cut Claims Do the Bush tax cuts for the rich create jobs? Do they raise revenues? According to history, no - but that doesn't stop Sean Hannity from saying so. In pursuit of continued breaks so multimillionaires can take cash out of the American economy, top Republicans continue to assert rosy claims about the Bush cuts for the wealthy when Clinton era tax policies fared much better.

Breitbart Again Demonizing Average People in Hoax Videos Another hyper-partisan activist video has been promoted by Andrew Breitbart's website, painting average folks on the street as un-American "fascists" due to their willingness to criticize conservative radio hosts and websites. Plainly, the subjects are lied to and coaxed to sign a hoax petition they do not seem to understand.

Zephyr Teachout Aims to Capitalize on Cuomo's Moreland Mess Offering New York Democrats a progressive alternative to the increasingly "moderate" governor, progressive upstart candidate Zephyr Teachout hopes to make the upcoming primary competitive in the wake of the ballooning Moreland Commission scandal. Her unusual name aside, Teachout's anti-corruption credentials make her an interesting and relevant candidate in the mold of Elizabeth Warren.
