Joe Klein Thinks Destroying Evidence, Covering Up War Crimes is "Candor"

According to Klein, when the administration reveals any information that makes them look bad, it's "candor." It doesn't matter if the administration is forced to do so or has been trying to cover it up. What Klein is doing is rewarding government deception.
