Rob Kall: Pinhead Anchors Bash Chavez, Give Ahmadinejad Easy Passes

By Rob Kall

and a Bash Bush contest. Can you outdo Chavez and I? Post your comments describing Bush.

Pinhead Anchors Bash Chavez, Give Ahmadinejad Easy Passes

On Fox, the anchors are accentuating the point that Citgo oil is owned by Venezuela, which is run by that nasty man Hugo Chavez. They're pointing out that "some Americans" will start to avoid buying gas from the company. But Andy Card, former White House Chief of Staff, speculates that Americans will go for the best deal. That's the Walmart mentality of the right wing parasites who hate taxes. Bottom line, these people won't stop doing business with Citgo as long as its prices are competitive.

On CNN, anchors reacted in histrionic shock, exagerating their reactions-- "Oh how terrible that this nasty man has said bad things about our president."

In poker, when a player makes gestures or faces or behaviors that betray his hand, you call it a "tell."

When Chavez speaks the truth about Bush, and makes jokes about him that most of the people in the world enjoy, and most on the left-- and, anymore-- the majority of Americans agree with and enjoy-- when an anchor acts perturbed by him, it's a "tell" that the anchor is a right wing asshole, pretending to be neutral... maybe.

Me, I like Chavez. He has the guts to stand up to Bush and Bush's administration, and, supplying as much oil to the US as he does, there's not much chance the idiots in the white house and the neocons at the PNAC will do any more than bluster and threaten. Venezuela is a friend of Democracy, unlike Bush.

Then there's Iran's Ahmadinejad. I'd suspended my judgment on him, but since the interview with Mike Wallace, his speech at the UN and his interview with Anderson Cooper (both Wallace and Cooper certainly tried to nail him down, and I give them credit for trying,) I'm beginning to dislike him. I've always thought that he's not the real power in Iran. The real power is with the ayatollahs. He's a front man, and not a very good one. He's smarmy and thinks himself so glib, yet he does a pathetic job answering straight questions.

Is a speaking for his base? Probably. The more I see of him, the less believable he is. This is a pity, because I strongly oppose any war with Iran.

The problem is with the media-- the mainstream news media (MSM) has become the budget (BMSM?) which should be digging into identifying who are really the power brokers in Iran. That's who they should be interviewing.

Today, after the UN speeches, we see all the bombast-- the outrage over Chavez-- because he dissed our President. Hey, There are probably 80 million Americans who think that Chavez was too easy on Bush.

What do you think of Bush, and of Chavez? Post your comments after this article.

I'll start. I've already said he's the anti-christ, the most hated, despised man in the history of the world, a planetary pariah of biblical proportions, thathe's a pimp, that he's a criminal... so, I took the easy ones.

Let's see some creativity. We may publish the best of the reviling words and phrases. Submit your descriptions of Bush as a comment below.
