That was my first thought when I heard about this protest. Where were this protesting Congresspersons when TPP was granted fast-track authority? Where were they when Israel was approved for another no-strings-attached $3 billion in arms? Where were they in the authorization for the illegal Iraq invasion? And how about extending the 2001 AUMF and the Patriot Act? I could go on, but these clowns should be sitting down on the House floor for just about every bill brought up in that benighted Chamber.
