Democrats projected to retake House

With election results coming in fast and furious, multiple media outlets, from NBC News to Fox News, are projecting that Democrats will retake the House. Democrats have not yet flipped the 23 seats needed to accomplish that, but are well on the way—as of 10:40 PM ET they’ve flipped 15 seats, with a number of others looking promising, and the entire West Coast still voting.

And yes, it is looking like a wave, at least in the House.
