Perhaps they will learn to become activists, fighting partisan, dirty politics at local levels, then state levels and then national levels. Maybe they will band together to build strength and resources. Currently, one of the more popular games is one created by the army, that actually identifies game players who would make good recruits. There's a game built by evangelicals that has players fighting and killing non-believers. Maybe a game company will develop a game or games in which the fight is not simply against invading aliens, or bad guys, but against fascists, against corporatists and extremists who betray democracy. It's possible.
