CNN Reports "Adam Gadahn, an American citizen who has repeatedly appeared as spokesman for al Qaeda, has been arrested in Pakistan,
CNN reports they were told by senior Pakistani official.
He was arrested in Karachi Pakistan.
Gadahn has been charged with treason by the US. Washington was offering a $6 million reward for his capture.
This will be very interesting, as it is at high risk of becoming a political football, along the lines of the Guantanamo prisoners. Will he be tried in US courts or by military tribunals as an enemy combatant?
Will he be afforded the rights of American citizens by his captors or will the Pakistanis torture him and ignore the rights he would have as a US citizen.
