My thoughts and an open letter to President Barack Obama;
Operation Protective Edge is a massive Ethnic Cleansing of Palestinians. Media reporting on this ethnic cleansing operation as always are shameless.
On July 9th, the ABC's Diane Sawyer mouthpiece of the Pentagon and the establishment displays her despicable Yellow Journalism in a post produced piece by presenting the carnage in Gaza and describe it as Israel. Shame on ABC & Diane Sawyer.
The NYT Wednesday July 9th headline reads; "Israel and Hamas trade attacks as tension rises." Shame on NYT.
Wall Street Journal caption of the carnage reads; "At least 66 Palestinians have been killed so far and more than 50 of them civilians." Conveniently forgetting to mention that they are all civilians, when Israel rockets and bombs the residential areas, apartment blocks, homes, bazaars, mosques, and schools, those who die are all civilians. Shame on WSJ.
Reuters captions an image of a woman running away from a burning apartment structure with a child in her arms; "A Palestinian woman runs carrying a girl following what police said was an Israeli air strike on a house in Gaza city." - "WHAT A POLICE SAID WAS AN ISRAELI AIR STRIKE"?! "on A house"?! While the whole apartment blocks is in flames and rubble spewing in the air in the background of the image provide. "A Palestinian woman runs CARRYING A GIRL"?! Not her child but a GIRL! Shame on Reuters.
The Palestinian woman in the image is an unarmed civilian, like the rest of the Palestinians, a population with no air defense, no navy, no heavy weapons, no army, no artillery units, no mechanized armor, no command in control, facing Israel who uses sophisticated attack jets, US provided attack jets, it has naval vessels, it has mechanized armor, heavy weapon, command in control and all that is needed for a warfare and using it on 1.5 million IMPRISONED (no where to run, no where to hide) Palestinians, that is not a war, that is murder, it is an OPERATION ETHNIC CLEANSING.
On Wednesday during the news conference the White House spokesperson, the blank slate of a woman, Jen Psaki, is asked by a journalist whether Israel's air raids such as hundreds of bombs - 400 tons according to IDF -- are proportionate response to a few received from Gaza as a means of self-defense against Israeli aggression?

After evading the topic at least half dozen times, Psaki deflected and reiterated the United States' support for Israel by stating; "I wouldn't validate the accuracy of that number, but I would say that I don't think any country would be expected to allow rockets to come in and threaten the lives and health and well-being of the citizens in their country, and Israel has the right to defend themselves." That is the White House response, and it is noteworthy that the delivery system for the 400 tons worth of bombs are American made F-18 and F-14 fighter planes. Mr. president just in case this would ever get to you since I have tagged you, I am ashamed and would never forgive myself for supporting you in 2008, I did not make that same mistake in 2012. Mr. President what an utter disappointment you have turned out to be, from "audacity of hope" to the mendacity of despair has been a short journey for you.
Witnessing the carnage that is going on in Gaza, you sir have this to
say; "I can not imagine the pain of the mothers of young Israelis
killed." What a cartoonish display of double standards, totally
overlooking the fact that to this day the world does not know who killed
the young Israeli boys. What about the anguish of the Palestinian
mothers and fathers who have been loosing their children in the last 6
decades? Do you feel their anguish? Is that why you have committed your
unconditional support to Israel? What an utter disappointment, what a
farce, "hope & change" huh?!
In the Israeli Newsletter (Israel Hayom.com) there is an article, I am going to attach the link but here is some excerpts from it;
"The Gaza Strip must be returned to the Stone Age. Not in the sense of destroying every home and all the infrastructure, which would leave Gaza residents wandering among ruins. Rather, Israel should eliminate every rocket, bomb and gun in Gaza. In other words, get rid of the arsenal Hamas has accumulated over the past 10 years. The snake must be defanged, leaving Hamas without rockets. The most it would have left would be stones.
There is only one way to do this -- an extensive ground operation. This must be carried out with determination and clenched lips, with the knowledge that this is a war of no choice."

And one more thing to remember; they don't 'hate us for our freedom,' they hate us because we send money and arsenal, the means to annihilate the indigenous and defenseless people of Palestine off the map. Woman, children, old and young, generations after generations of death and displacement, we are helping the Zionist occupiers in their ethnic cleansing and genocide of Palestinians. No amount of cynicism will justify the collective punishment and genocide which is against the article 4 of Geneva convention.
Shame on Israel, shame on the United States of America, the Empire of doom, shame on the silent International Community, the colonizers of yesteryear, shame on ICC, U.N. HRW, the Arab Nations, the petro-dollar monarchies. Shame on humanity.
