No More Tabloid Journalism, Pleeese! Chris Hansen with an all-new investigation: Dateline NBC: 'To Catch a Predator' "[snip]...when they tried to arrest one more... something happened that has never happened in any of our investigations before: Police moved in on the suspect at his home... and there were deadly consequences." This is the high-end version of tabloid. I don't know about you, I can only speak for myself , but I've had it adnauseam with 'To Catch a Predator.' How long is this 'show' running now, including re-runs on MSNBC? We get it. Okay? Imagine if Dateline did this kind of never-ending investigation on the Bush-Cheney cabal? Wouldn't that be too authentic. But no, we have pumped into our living rooms this strange and tragic Owellian prime-time 'entertainment,' and no mistake, the producers consider it 'entertainment' showcasing individuals who are in desperate need help PRIVATELY! MY GOD, WHAT IS GOING ON?!!! And how unbelievable is it that a suicide arguably caused by NBC's unholy 'predator' entertainment ON-GOING SERIES, even this tragedy is flipped over into more gruel for the masses. Give me a break; are we now a bunch of monkeys? Where are the real investigations? No one has the walnuts, that's where. Chris Hansen needs a real job -- and we need to do the Dateline Predator tune out. If you're squeamish about objecting, then maybe get ready for prime time 'Abortionists Lock-Up;' 'Death Chamber Relatives;' ' The Bitter Half;' 'Tight Sweaters And Loose Habits.'
