This presidential campaign is just a distraction and we all will pay a heavy price for it. Neither Obama nor Clinton are telling the truth about how it is or how we got here.
The change we need is a transformation from a time and a place where the truth is not allowed to be spoken to one where it is encouraged. The only way to build such an environment is to properly acknowledge those who do tell the truth with our attention, our consideration, and our votes. If we don't have the courage to do that, we don't have the key to the transformation we say we want.
And so while we're all giving our opinions on this and that, we're allowing all the members of Congress who are up for reelection, Dems and Repubs alike, the opportunity to slip by unchallenged... this treasonous government will still be in place next year no matter who is elected President.
In a land where people loved their freedom, citizens would demand that all relevant voices be heard. But we can't agree even on any one idea, enough to even have a collective voice, let alone have it be heard. We are too many voices making too little difference.
