prove at this time whether it was done through ''inadvertence, recklessness, or maliciousness." That determination may change."
Now let's see if I got this straight. Fitzgerald can't charge Libby with a National Security breech because they don't know why he did it? Jesus Christ!! Who cares!!!, That's exactly what he did. Yes he lied like a sidewalk, that's what republicans do. They've used lying as a major tool since the turn of the LAST century. Wake up folks!
Interesting that one of the first lies a murderer frequently comes up with is, "I can't remember." You know, like Ollie North!? Someone should count
the times he and his scurvy crew told the senate "I don't recall Senator."
With memories like these, how the hell did he make light colonel? Then, what is a Lieutenant Colonel doing running a presidential level special operation. But that's another discussion.
As I've stated before he has been sucking the US
Taxpayers' wallets since the damned sixties and seventies. He is more of a prince of darkness than Richard Pearle ever was.
He and Libby have been thick as thieves for at least a decade, and Libby and Cheney discussed THIS issue, that is, Valerie Wilson. One incredibly sick
perversion that American's have missed about their "government" beyond the fact that it isn't the government, is that every word that comes out of the
Bush "administration" must be assumed a lie and vetted.
Libby demonstrated an incredible lack of good sense that he even considered via any means, giving the name of a CIA agent, covert or otherwise, to anyone close to being a damned reporter, ESPECIALLY ROBERT NOVAK. Further that Scooter would take on such a project alone is laughable.
My money (and I don't have any) says that George also knew about this.
I've heard so many pundits talking about how the Bush Regime did this to "discredit" Joe Wilson. FOR WHAT? Wilson just, in effect, called George a liar, which he is, but apparently doesn't appreciate being reminded of.
Neither of the Wilson's have been discredited for anything, one the other hand, George and fruits can't make the same statement. (or any one like it
either!!)
I have no doubt that Libby took his marching orders from Cheney. Cheney had more reason to want to put the screws to Wilson than Libby.
It was Cheney who spent all that time down at the Agency "cherry picking" (using nonsense and a smattering of factual intelligence to induce a
finding. In the world of medicine, I believe they call it confabulation, a problem found frequently with serious drunks) with upper level CIA personnel
including George Tenet. Further, Dick was one of those advising everyone in the administration along with Rumsfeld to find anyway to stick 911 at least
in part, on Iraq. It's Cheney that should be the carp Fitzgerald is fishing for.
It doesn't take a terribly bright person to figure that Libby got the word from Dick and passed it on to Bob (can anyone tell me why I'm not in jail?)
Novak who well knew that it is a felony to blow the cover off a CIA operative especially one working on classified data as in WMD.
Face it, despite the fact that before Joe Wilson stepped on the plane to Africa, the world well knew George lied his ass off about the yellow cake in
Niger. Tenet, who ALSO well knew this sat right behind the podium during the State of the Union, and the now infamous "16 words." Wilson just
confirmed it and baby George threw a hissy fit, and endangered a person that had absolutely nothing to do with exposing his lies except to suggest her
husband a career level diplomat to go ask the folks in Niger if there was any truth to this allegation. It was Wilson they wanted and Plame they nailed. Odd, isn't it, how nebulous the law becomes for republicans when they get caught, and how narrow they interpret the same laws when the Dems drop the ball.
Which brings me back to the question, how can anyone with more than a neuron bouncing around their cranial vault, continue to support people that have
never spoken a word of truth in at least the last six years. Further, what do we as a nation tell the world that we think about them by tolerating the
Horrific Crimes this Cabal, and past Occupants of the White House have committed against them in our names.
