Cell phones have never been tested for safety, because their weak power was presumed not to produce heat. Manufacturers' fine print warnings advise that cell phones should be used at least 10 millimeters from the body. New studies show that cell phones do in fact create hotspots in the brain. People have a right to know how to practice safe phone.
