A Prescription for Peace: Teaching Tommy During an Era of Fascism It is my opinion that much of what young people in this country are taught is a matter of propaganda (much of it war propaganda). In order to off set the such myths taught by our public schools, I am proposing that our young people be taught to respect the wonderful elegance of peace, love, and justice, that they understand the terrible dreadfulness of war, hate, and injustice.

If Only George Bush Had Been Amish The article compares the Amish community's response in regards to the slaying of five of their own children with that of the Bush administration's response to the 9/11 event. The message is that we, as a nation, as well as that of the world, would be in much better off if the George Bush administration would have responded like that of the Amish community rather than responding as it did in regards to the 9/11 tragedy
