Hi, my name is Jonathan Bishop. I like to provide an alternative view of topics like religion, culture and equality through challenging beliefs that are taken as given. I am the editor of the book, "Examining the Concepts, Issues and Implications of Internet Trolling," and carry out a lot of research into Internet trolling as well as online communities in general. Supremacists want the people they disable through unrealistic expectations to be cured so they are less of a burden. Disabled people need more help in work not less.

Historian David Starkey was criticized for saying "White people are becoming Black," as if becoming Black is a problem. In this article, I argue that if people were more "Black" then they would see the strengths of disabled people and not their weaknesses.
