Will A Continental Congress 2.0 Reboot Our Democracy? During the week of July 4, 2012, 878 delegates from all 50 states who are selected in an online election will convene a "Continental Congress 2.0" in Philadelphia. After the three day convention, the delegates will march to Independence Hall to read a Petition for Redress of Grievances that they will draft and ratify. This document will then be served on all three branches of the federal government for a response and action.
