WHAT HAPPENED TO CHERYL BIREN-WRIGHT'S ARTICLE?

Cheryl wrote one of the most penetrating articles yet published; If Increased Sanction Resolution, 362, Could Give Bush License for a Naval Blockade Why Support It? It was headlined June 30th, as well it should have been.

It disappeared July 1st. How come? I don't mean 'disappeared' to articles or diaries--I mean TOTALLY DISAPPEARED from the site.
