"On magazine's list of junta's chosen tycoons are some facing US sanctions." is the subtitle of article written in Washington Post magazine. Apparently, once the Irawaddy Delta was parceled to favored cronies of the government. Then it outside relief was allowed into the country. The US Treasury has targeted of those same people.
