This is the open letter from retired FBI agent Ted Gunderson to Bush, Ashcroft and the public concerning: a) 6 months of incessantly repeated Pre-911 FBI intelligence warnings being discredited and turned down b) challenging the "need" for the Patriot Act (there never WAS any breakdown in communications between the FBI, CIA and the police! There was only a break-down in cooperation from the White HOuse) c) A statement that an FBI agent has tapes of firemen calling the NYCFD teling them that there were bombs in the buildings d) Calling for the overturning of the Patriot Act and, by implication, accusing Bush, Ashcroft and others of treason in allowing 9-11 to happen.
