They went from a full frame shot of Obama to a shot of a rat on one of the levies. This wasn't part of a sequence. Obama - rat - Obama, for less than one second. First rat shot I've seen in the coverage.
Later they did the more typical picture in picture mode with b-roll of the storm. No rats.
Except the producer who decided that was okay. This is what we're up against folks.
