Governments that blatantly violate their own Constitutions, and think nothing of it ...

"The ongoing failure by all of the four people concerned -- 1) Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Anne Jeffers, 2) President of the College of Psychiatry of Ireland Dr Anthony McCarthy, 3)Health Minister Dr James Reilly TD, and 4) Chief Justice Susan Denham -- to acknowledge receipt for any of the four registered letters in question, convinces me, beyond all doubt, that there are still no 'government accountability' procedures of any substance in place in (and around) the Republic of Ireland Government regarding the matter of the prevention of the creation of unconstitutional legislation of the kind I have referred to above in connection with my An Bord Pleanala of February 21st 2004: and, far more importantly, there is nothing to prevent the fraudulent and criminal using of it (as though it was valid law). No such protective procedures exist, at least none that are being responsibly policed and enforced that is; and, that being the case, it means (for me) that the Republic of Ireland Government can continue on violating the supreme law of the Republic of Ireland with impunity, and do so in any way it wishes: and in 'criminal partnership' with the Money Power Psychopaths.
