It’s not the lawyers we need to kill, however. The rule of law is not what’s been giving us all this grief, but the removal of the laws that safeguarded us from the Dicks of the world. Who knew?

We now have a labyrinthian government inside the Uroburos [aka Beltway] that is completely paralyzed by greedy self-interested idiots, a veritable Topkapi Palace completely staffed with the fat craven corrupted eunuchs known as “lobbyists”.
According to Robert Reich, in his recent discussion with Bill Moyers:
“…when you've got that many lobbyists and public relations professionals and lawyers swarming over the Hill for these corporations, they also can come together against the public. And the public's voice can easily be drowned out. You know, even with regard to Wall Street even Democrats are reluctant to take on some of the big power players. I mean, in trying to pay for healthcare one of things that Obama wanted was a limit on deductions for the very wealthy. A lot of these very wealthy are Wall Streeters, partly of the financial community. They reacted so strongly that the Democratic leadership said, "No, we can't possibly do that."
“Look what the lobbyists have managed to do First of all, with regard to the medical drug benefit that George W. Bush and that administration along with many Democrats pushed-- they prevented in that drug benefit bill, they prevented Medicare from negotiating with the drug companies low prices.

SO, lobbyists, the servants of the people who can afford them, the mercenaries of thought and legislature that led us into the disaster we might now not survive, have also taken over the decision-making processes of our elected government on topics ranging from when and where we make war to who gets our money on arms deals to who has rights under the Geneva Conventions to whether or not we can have healthcare- a human right in every other developed nation on the planet.
These lobbyists, paid representatives of rich corporatist idiots whose interests range from self- to -ish, and whose grasp of history and the patterns of human social systems will leave them confused by half of the words in my first sentence, above, are usurping our power as citizens. They are taking it upon their overpaid underthoughtful selves to destroy our lives, our country, and our hopes for a recovery.
Enough.
Every human being in this country who has the use of any of their limbs and no job to use them for should march down to Washington DC right now and dismantle each and every lobbyist’s office and think tank within its depraved, stupid, self-indulgent, wannabe entitled borders brick by brick, stone by stone. Smash their cellphones while you’re at it, and make sure to ruin their suits. Every single paid lobbyist in this country needs to spend the rest of their lives looking over their shoulders and fearing for their lives.
And every lying screaming sociopathic talking head whose rabid spittle has misted the airwaves needs to fear for his or her stupid selfish bottlebrained life, and the zombie hordes they’ve created need to be shown exactly who’s been giving them the propagandist Soma. The mainstream media are the servants of the eunuchs, which makes them even less than eunuchs. They’re the eunuchs’ parrots. Let it be their brains that get blown out by the enraged marginalized Americans they’ve helped to hypnotize, rape, and destroy.
Those of us who’ve been preaching rapprochement and considered discourse in an effort to fix the Republic haven’t understood the concept on their end has been Total Warfare all along.
But I’ve begun to see it now. The people who adhere to the Rovian plagiarized version of Goebbel’s principles of manipulation of public opinion would of course adhere to those of Total Warfare and The Big Lie as well. But Anne Coulter doesn’t realize yet that she doesn’t know sh*t about being a pissed off shrew. Ask my ex.
These people- her, her inbred psychic cousins Rush, Bill-o, Sean, and Glenn, and their troglodyte neo-Victorian fascist eugenicist masters- Rove, and the rich guys who run HIM- have played bullyboy and harpy long enough. Their efforts have destroyed the nation, are destroying its people and the global environment, and will, God/dess willing, destroy them too. I’d love to see that, personally, but I’m just advocating that we do an intervention here. Before the lone gunmen emo-rednecks catch up to them.
If you’re not into demolition or stalking, or you aren’t handy with a skillsaw or sledgehammer, I strongly advise you get obsessed with calling your congresscritter multiple times, night and day, emailing your congresscritter multiple times, night and day, and getting everybody you know to do the same.
In fact, for summer vacation, go visit your congresscritter, and camp on their lawn. Eat their food, too, while you’re at it. Freeload off their sorry behinds for a change, since they’re not doing the job you hired them to do. And if anybody who calls themselves a professional lobbyist calls you friend, build them a refugee camp in your back yard because hopefully they’ll be on the run soon, like the criminals they are. I recommend a portapotty, because their behavior indicates they’re not housebroken.
Ok, ok, as a pacifist, I don’t really mean those things.

I would never call for public violence against people I disagree with politically. Never.
I wouldn’t mind giving Bill’O a monkeywrench to the nuts, mind you, like dear old Mrs Mahoney did to the molester on the subway years ago, God bless her, but that’s a private matter, and I’m too much of a lady to discuss it publicly.
Call Congresscritters about what?
Here’s the short list:
- No more money for banks, Wall Street, AIG, or any other thieving worthless scumbags in thousand dollar suits. They’ve been playing fantasy football with our real money for the past twenty years, building a faux economy over the top of the struggling Real Economy, and thanks to deregulation they’ve destroyed the lives of the rest of us. May they rot in their McMansions. We’ve got our real life troubles to sort out, their economy hasn’t had anything to do with ours for a very long time already, and they don’t need another damn thing.
- Single payer health insurance. Now. Not ten years from now, not another moment later than it takes to sign the damn papers. I don’t care if the entire insurance industry goes bottom-up tomorrow- it would be good for them. Maybe they could acquire a character in the process. They’re a bunch of thieving worthless lying scumbags too- and every one of them AND the politicians know it. They take our money and refuse our benefits. In any other field but that of the completely deregulated insurance industry, that’s called fraud. If an Italian guy with a thick Brooklyn accent was doing it they’d call it racketeering. They’ve taken enough. Kick their asses out of our healthcare system. Now.
- Every lobbyist who earns a paycheck needs to leave Capitol Hill and never go back, on pain of death. I do not say that lightly. These fools, whose morality disappeared with their astral testicals, have destroyed us for the sake of vested interests- most especially their own paychecks. They do not know what patriotism, empathy, or simple ethics are. They are nothing but money-grubbing liars whose entire lives are built around manipulating politicians into doing the will of their fat greasy scummy masters. At the expense of every other human being on the planet. When I invoked the Topkapi Palace, above, I was referring to a specific epoch in history when intrigues, manipulations, lies, and treachery brought down the most powerful empire on the planet. It’s happened again. We don’t have time to allow them to land gently back in their seraglios. Get them the f*ck out. Now.

They’ve been waging war against everybody else for the sake of their precious money for decades. It’s time we stop turning the other cheek and show them the beatdown they’ve earned, kicking all their selfish sociopathic asses to the curb.
