Let's help Governor LePage solve his problem with laborers

Maine Governor LePage removed portraits of laborers from the state capitol because he said they were offensive to business owners.

If that's true, then let's take that to its logical conclusion. If a mere portrait of a laborer is so offensive to Republican Governor LePage and the Republican business owners that he is trying to protect from having to see those vile images, how much more offensive are the actual, living, breathing laborers.

They shouldn't have to be subjected to the sight of real laborers walking around where they can see them.

So, let's do this. Let's remove the real, live laborers from these Republican's businesses. Leave them sitting there at their desks in the manager's office with no one out in the plant to offend their delicate sensibilities. No one running the production machinery. No one sweeping the floors. No one taking out the trash. No one on the loading dock unloading products for sale in the business, or loading manufactured products for shipment to be sold.

Let's do that and see how well that works out for them.
