The Castle series is one of the most popular  on  TV. The main character Richard Castle is  charming.  To be that way he obviously has to come from a dysfunctional family: his single mom does not even know who his father is. That reminds me of  the similar  charming  flick with  Dina Durbin, when an elderly father  tells his young son that his mom was a movie star. When the young man  meets her she first flirts with him and then - reveals that  she does not remember  whose son he was, really. Only that one lasted  40 minutes on the screen.

No fathers for you.  If there 's a family  on TV- it   is a 'woman +others'.  She does everything- decides, moves, earns and teaches and she is also sexy. He only does  support and  sex. He is there primarily for sex.  If he even dares  to somehow question her motives- good  buy, bro, everyone is for thyself. It is he who  has problems, he who can't find himself, he, who  is unworthy and he who hurts.   She is always on top. She goes to the  tough neighborhood with all her cleavage  like Sandra Bullock in the 'Blind Side' and her man  is  not there with her.  All for good. Oh yes, all for good.  If  there are  bad women, they are  always single and  disturbed. They had been abused in their childhood  by their  fathers, They  cannot cope with themselves, poor things. Also we have  a lot of women killers. Women kill  predominantly men and in big quantities. They literally machine- gun them. We've got very far; from China O' Brien through Buffy, the slayer to  Columbiana.  Buffy is swell - there's nothing more sexy than a blood- covered sexy chick. Obviously, no father for her and in other cases parents are eliminated. In the movie 'Ender's game' the children are specifically disconnected from their parents and those  poor souls are to be proud of it!  But hey, we do the same thing to those orphans  we take now from Russia and make them evil on TV! Those are the perfect  materiel, really.

And NO FATHER (if he is there) EVER SAYS NO!  He never says that word. He is there only to say YES. He is there to  work on himself.  TV women do not have to work on themselves. They are perfect even in their vices. They are the symbol of our future, those  over- hormoned girls  with insane eyes and  coarse voices, those who kill, who maim, who torture people and who  do not give a damn. Obviously, boys have no choice but to listen to them: no father- no 'figure'.

Brave new world. No dads. No men working: the only working  show is 'Mad Men'- actually pretty good at least in that area but boy, what kind of men we have there?!  No more skilled men, no more  people with honesty but also  winners. If  Lincoln lawyer wins- I am  not that thrilled.   Come to think of it, no leading  good men, none at all.  Female empowerment is  on the rise   on TV and soon, very soon we will have  a naked chick teaching  men  science on TV directly from the Hef's Castle. And Hef will be the role model for men.
