The text in the paragraph just above is from a registered letter sent to Prime Minister Enda Kenny TD on December 14th 2012.

As can be seen at the www address just above, an almost identical registered letter was sent to former Republic of Ireland Justice Minister Alan Shatter TD (also on December 14th 2012).
It is certainly the case that William Finnerty has never received ANY "acknowledgement of receipt", of ANY kind, from either Prime Minister Enda Kenny TD, or from former Justice Minister Alan Shatter TD (or from any of their support staff), for either of the two registered letters referred to above.
