Rupert Sheldrake is a biologist and author of more than 90 technical papers and fourteen books. After studying at Cambridge and Harvard he worked in Hyderabad India as a principal plant physiologist. He also lived for two years in the Benedictine ashram of Father Bede Griffiths. He's currently a Fellow of the Institute of Noetic Sciences and of Schumacher College. He lives in London
