WTC 7 Brought Down By Fire NIST Concludes - Do You Agree?

EARLIER today, NIST released their long awaited Report on WHY did WTC 7 collapse on 9/11. AMAZINGLY, only on 9/11, according to NIST,

a concrete and steel building skyscraper collapsed straight down into its own footprints in a mere 6.5 seconds due exclusively to a small fire which which was contained, not spreading, and confined mostly to the 12th floor, even considering that such a phenomenon has never occurred - either before or after 9/11.
