| New York Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo announced nearly $30 million in awards this week, all towards solar energy projects in the state.
The awardees include 29 large-scale photovoltaic (PV) projects around the state that are expected to add 33.6 megawatts (MW) to New Yorkà ‚¬ „ s solar capacity, according to a statement from Cuomoà ‚¬ „ s office. Awards will also go toward eight projects designed to reduce the costs of other solar installations. |
