ON 9/8/16 STOP THE CTC APPEAL- STOP WASTING TAXPAYER MONEY by Len Isenberg

After a judgment establishing the improper behavior of The California Commission on Teacher Credentialing,  the CTC should stop defending the indefensible! Kathy Carroll a staff lawyer at the CTC blew the whistle when she saw the  backlog of credentials. She went to the legislature which voted for an audit. They found cronyism, nepotism, discrimination, workplace bullying and a backlog of over 10,000 unprocessed credentials.  She was illegally terminated in 2010 in retaliation!  It took her 6 years but she won! The jury unanimously voted that she was illegally fired; awarded her $3.1 million in compensation. Now  the same corrupt people that ran the agency want to appeal the judgement and use more California taxpayer money to fight Carroll. Let your voice be heard. Attend the meeting or send a statement to the CTC, Kamala Harris & Governor Brown opposing any appeal of this judgement.
